Andy was born in Taiwan and grew up in Australia. Upon achievement of a Bachelor of Engineering at University of Queensland, Andy pursued his career as a civil estimator in various construction industries, such as mid-tier commercial builder, civil works and pipeline contractors. Through the extensive tendering experience, Andy receives the first hand information on current major infrastructure projects and future priority developments in South East Queensland.
In addition to work, Andy is currently the secretary in Lions Club of Brisbane Chinese. He is proactively involved in local community and charity fundraising events.
